The Sacred Discovery Session is a focused, one-time consultation designed to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening in your life, and determine what kind of support, if any, actually fits. This is not therapy, not a sales pitch, and not a crisis intervention. It is a structured conversation for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, misaligned, or at a crossroads and want clear thinking instead of emotional noise. During this session, we will: 1. Clarify what’s bringing you here now 2. Identify key patterns, pressures, and decision points 3. Explore what’s working, what’s not, and what’s unsustainable 4. Discuss potential pathways forward without pressure or obligation You’ll be introduced to the Sacred Groves Method: LOVE – safety, self-respect, and healthy boundaries LIGHT – clarity, insight, and understanding GROWTH – structured, realistic steps forward This session stands alone. Some people use it as a reset. Others use it to decide whether ongoing work makes sense. Either way, you leave with clarity and not confusion.
