Service Description

During Intake, you will be asked to fill out a few forms: Member Intake - Contact information, personal questions about yourself, your goals, and habits. Member Contract - Program and plan choices to fit your schedule and your budget. Member Homework - Personal vision for the next 3 months. We will have a conversation in which we focus on your goal(s) and if coaching is right for what you want to accomplish. I’ll ask focused questions to help us talk about where you might be stuck, what you would want to get out of coaching as we work together, and how coaching with me might be different than what you’ve been doing.
